Lovely stay in a beautiful, historic hotel.
We stayed in a Junior Suite (205) which, while not enormous, was very spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in in an hotel. A couple of minor issues were sorted quickly and with very good grace by the staff who were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the bar was very cosy with an excellent choice of cocktails! Great location for Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall and museums.

Lovely ambiance, rooms small but beautifully decorated.
Shower was very poor, low water pressure. Noise from people in room above, presumably a wooden floor.
